He was a senior economist for the Transfer Pricing Practice group, established to provide expert advice to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) economists, international examiners, revenue agents, examination specialists and counsel attorneys.
His experience encompasses transfer pricing examinations, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), Competent Authority negotiations, Appeals conferences, litigation support and other tax related complex and difficult economic issues. He has provided practical solutions for transfer pricing issues based on facts and economic principles.
He has advised corporate clients and transfer pricing professionals using valuable knowledge gained from hundreds of thorough examinations.
He has worked with a variety of multinational clients in various countries and industries.
